Breakfast TV presenter to blame for left-back’s arrest
By now you have probably read elsewhere that Chelsea and England star Ashley Cole has been arrested for being drunk and disorderly. The left-back was locked up after repeatedly swearing at police outside Collection nightclub in west London.
Cole spent three hours in a cell while he sobered up, before being issued with a £80 fixed penalty fine. Obviously that will make a big dent in his wage packet. OTP decided to delve a little deeper into the story and track his movements leading up to his arrest. We found Cole schmoozing at a Chelsea and Armani charity night at Stamford Bridge where he was posing with former GMTV presenter Fiona Phillips. Did her nauseating voice drive Cole to drink?
