New boss shows Toon how it’s done
Newcastle United manager Alan Shearer hosted an open training session at St James’s Park yesterday - and 7,500 people turned up to see it. The 38-year-old couldn’t resist showing his players he has still got what it takes during a mini-match. Sadly the amateur cameraman who took this video missed Shearer’s contact with the ball, but you do see it flying into the back of the net. No raised arm celebration though.
