Everton have completed the signing of Russia midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov from Lokomotiv Moscow for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old has returned home to complete a visa application ahead a five-year deal at Goodison Park.

Hammers player battles to save leg
West Ham defender Calum Davenport is reportedly fighting to avoid a leg amputation after being stabbed in both legs in the early hours of Saturday morning. The 26-year-old and his mother were both stabbed at the family home in Kempston, near Bedford.
