Disgruntled France fans send texts to Raymond Domenech

Website launched to SMS bombard French coach
France fans have been given the chance to give Raymond Domenech a piece of their mind thanks to a new website. The Un SMS Pour Domenech site has been launched following the France coach’s comments after their recent draw with Serbia.
Domenech said: “I just want to thank all the people who are supporting us. I thank my wife too because life is hard. I got around 200 SMSs so thanks to everybody.”
This was enough for website founder Johann Crochet, who was more eager to hear how Domenech was going to solve on-pitch problems than about the popularity of his mobile. He said: “It’s a habit for him not to speak about football. Remember the Euro 2008, after the Italy-France game we lost 2-0, when he asked his wife to marry him?”
Surprised that 200 people thought enough of Domenech to send him a text, Johann set-up the website to give a fairer reflection of public SMS opinion towards the coach. Thousands of fans have already taken the opportunity to vent their digital spleen.
No texts back from Domenech as yet!
