Bad breaks from Belgium
Standard Liege’s Axel Witsel dealt out the ultimate footballing humiliation to Anderlecht’s Marcin Wasilewski over the weekend by breaking his leg so badly that he inadvertently kicked himself in the balls. This is one of those sickening leg breaks that we get every so often in football.
Hopefully Witsel and his team-mates will be suitably embarrassed about their protests having watched the replays.
