Open goal, one yard out, and he misses
Harrow Borough journeyman Rocky Baptiste produced arguably the worst miss of all time against Waltham Abbey. The striker, previously most famous for his FA Cup goal against Liverpool for Havant and Waterlooville, made a pig’s ear of this chance - despite the fact he was virtually standing on the goal-line.
With the keeper beaten and no defenders around Baptiste almost ran the ball into the net before managing to blast the ball wide!

May i point out his wondergoal in this video clip was not from the same game as his miss. His miss was from the weekend in a 5-3 win over waltham abbey, the miss occured in the last minute of injury time, the clip of him smashing a beautiful volley is just to show what he normally does.
How the mighty have fallen…something like that.
