Hoops players caught up in service station brawl

QPR’s players were involved in a fight at a motorway service station as they returned to London from their draw at Nottingham Forest yesterday. The team coach stopped at Watford Gap services on the M1 where they were reported to have faced goading from a mix of Cardiff City and Brighton supporters.

Former Cardiff loanee Wayne Routledge is alleged to have come in for some special treatment and striker Dexter Blackstock had pizza thrown at him. This sparked a brawl which spread to the service station car park and only stopped when police were called.

Wait, so judging by the picture, he ate it after it was thrown at him? That was good of him, not letting it go to waste. Or is that supposed to be his tongue?

The latter, Brooks. That’s Dexter Blackstock’s pizza tongue – one of the finest pizza tongues in world football.

Interesting…I wonder if it hurts him when he gets a fever and the cheese gets so hot that it slides right off?
