Serie A giants say “Fangs, but no fangs” to Porto defender

Porto left-back Aly Cissokho has seen his transfer to AC Milan collapse over concerns about his teeth. The Italians are thought to have pulled out of the deal because Porto refused to budge on the fee despite a medical showing dental problems which Milan think could see Cissokho pick up regular injuries.

Florent Malouda and Robin Van Persie have both blamed their teeth for niggling injuries. Milan were unwilling to meet Porto’s original demands following the failed medical. And Porto refused to drop the price.

Cissokho still found time for a monumental FAIL before the deal was called off.

He was quoted yesterday as saying: “I can confirm that I encountered some problems in my first physical. But then we did another test, a more detailed one, and everything went well. I have signed my pre-contract with Milan and now I am going on holiday to Senegal.”

Well, erm, have a good holiday. And maybe next time double-check the results of the medical before catching your plane!
