That’s because the Brazilian ref may well have blown for full-time as his long-range effort was dipping into the net.
Referee Roney Prado Bustamante called an end to proceedings in the match between Palmeiras and Atletico Sorocaba B just as Atletico midfielder Leandro was in the process of scoring the goal of his career. His side were already winning 1-2, so the result would not have been affected.
