The Drog House
A French club where Didier Drogba played some of his first football is to name their new stadium in his honour. The Chelsea striker played for Levallois SC at the age of 15 before being snapped up by Le Mans.
The fourth division side’s stadium will be named after Didier Drogba during the inauguration ceremony on September 29. And the club reckons the Ivory Coast international will be in attendance to see his stadium official opened.
OTP’s commiserations go to late cyclist Louison Bobet, who the club’s current stadium is named after.
