And fat too. Don’t forget fat

Ex-Celtic keeper Artur Boruc has revealed he got lazy because fans of the Glasgow club adored him so much. The Polish international has lost three stones since quitting Parkhead in the summer to join Italian side Fiorentina.

He now admits that five years with Celtic had made him lazy.

He said: “In Glasgow I became a bit lazy because they loved me no matter how I played. I came to Italy because I wanted to play in a better championship.

“But at Fiorentina I have to work hard because, compared to Celtic, I have to earn my place.”

There you have it, Celtic fans. The key to your success is to shop worshipping your players!
