Carlton Cole, Wolves’ leaky defence and a some betting news

4 – Chelsea have not won in four games, and are 16th in the form table (last six games)

4 – In their next four games Chelsea play four of the five clubs in the top six with them. They lost to Manchester City, the fifth

34 – Percentage of games this season that have been drawn in the Premier League. If this continued to the end of the season, it would be the highest percentage in the top league since the Football League began

3 – Liverpool are the joint third best home team in the PL, and Aston Villa are the third worst away side. 2-0 Liverpool at 6/1? Yeahhh

18 – Villa have beaten Liverpool once in 18 games home and away

2 – Spurs have such injury problems that they put two keepers (Cudicini and Pletikosa) on their bench on Saturday

5 – Jordan Henderson became only Sunderland’s fifth goalscorer of the season in all competitions. Manchester United have had 17 different scorers

239 – Sunday was the 239th game in Carlton Cole’s career. Last Wednesday was only the second time he has scored more than one in a game. Both were in the League Cup. This man has played for England

22 – Games since Wolves kept a clean sheet. Their next to games are against local rivals Birmingham and West Brom. Time to shore things up

24 – Before playing Villa a fortnight ago, Blackburn had gone 24 games without winning by more than one goal. They have now done it twice in three games

120 – Amount in pounds you receive back for putting £8 on Samen T’choyi first goalscorer at 14/1 five minutes before kick off. God bless hangover selections!

Found your site not too long ago…Liked the first two podcasts. That Cole joke was gold. Just wanted to say nice pick on that hangover gut feeling. I’m living in the US and I have no one to really compare bets with out here, I have never even considered betting the ways you do, you’re a genius!
