Bet’s be ‘avin you: Football betting tips for 9-10 April

Fourth profit week in a row?

£47.50 back on our bets last week. It’s a profit but let’s push for more this week.

The Premier League has some tough fixtures to call this weekend, but a couple which hint at some profit. On the basis that Fulham hate winning away from home and Manchester United have won 14 of 15 at home this season, not even conceding a first half goal at Old Trafford for only a year, they look an easy bet. Follow this up with Barcelona and Chelsea to win with ease. Chelsea have won their last two games against Wigan by an aggregate of 14-0.
£10 Barcelona, Manchester United and Chelsea to all win by more than one goal gets you £52

It’s squeaky bum time in the Football League, and so that is where we place a couple of our speculative bets this week. Derby have been struggling this season but face a Coventry side but have been no better. Meanwhile Ipswich have been resurgent under Paul Jewell. Lower down, MK Dons and Chesterfield should also be backed to be successful.
£5 on Derby and Ipswich to win gets you £22
£5 on Chesterfield and MK Dons to win gets you £19

And we are left with a crisp £20, with which to really nail down some serious profit. I am backing the cheeky little Mexican to find the net at any time given the absence of Wayne Rooney, and by combining this with Real Madrid winning away at Bilbao, you can make serious money
£20 on Chicarito to score anytime and Real Madrid to win gets you £77
