Manchester City star Mario Balotelli could be interviewed by police over allegations that he soaked two girls with a fire extinguisher after a Drake concert.
The Italian is said to have soaked the 16 and 17-year-olds “from head to toe” after they asked him for a photo.
The girls reported the incident to police after Sunday night’s gig. Officers told The Sun they may speak to Balotelli “if there is evidence he is involved”.
One of the girls said: “It was really embarrassing. We were left dripping wet. Balotelli and his mates were laughing at us.”
Both Manchester City and Manchester Arena, where the gig took place, deny Balotelli was involved in any incident.
