Jose Mourinho used a bit of Jedi mind trickery to complain about refereeing decisions during last night’s Super Cup clash with Barcelona.

The Only One has decided that it’s a bit too early in the season to be picking up touchline bans, even for him.

So, instead of talking about the decisions that had annoyed him, he spoke about why he wasn’t going to talk about what he assumed everybody knew he was talking about.

He said: “I don’t want to criticise critical decisions taken during the course of a game. I want to avoid criticising during the whole season so I am not going to do it in the second game. You know what I am talking about and I don’t want to talk about it.”

A season without criticising decisions? OTP will believe it when we’ve seen it.
