Alex Ferguson may not have done many things wrong during his tenure at Old Trafford, but if there was anything he could do in his powers to stop Paul Pogba leaving Manchester United then maybe he should have done so.
Because looking at the evidence, Pogba may just turn out to be one of the best free transfers in history.
Not yet 20 years of age, the Frenchman scored two golazos in Juve’s 4-0 crushing of Udinese. The first was an unbelievable strike off the underside of the bar (Scholes-esque), from around 30 yards, whilst the second was from a similar distance and involved a turn and then low shot into the bottom left hand corner.
They honestly look like computer game goals.
