We’re not saying that Manchester City players are on big money… but it appears Samir Nasri has hired Marouane Chamakh as his bodyguard.
The former Arsenal team-mates went to watch yesterday’s match between the Gunners and City at the Emirates, with Nasri out suspended.
But there were ugly scenes outside the ground as angry Arsenal fans took offence to the presence of “traitor” Nasri. The France international had to take a fair bit of verbal, before West Ham loanee Chamakh stepped in.
He first told fans to show some respect to their former hero before yanking one supporter out of the way when it looked like a physical confrontation could be on the cards.
