That was a throw in, the ball was fully behind nevs head he dropped it in then looks at the ref with a smile… sort of asking to throw it again.. The ball is in play but the ref gives a throw in to Man U… Presumably for a foul throw, it was not a foul throw and the ref should have waved play on…
