Things aren’t going that well for Wigan at the moment. They slipped closer to the relegation zone yesterday after a shambolic 4-0 home defeat to Liverpool, and their defence seems to be in disarray.
And when team mates start fighting amongst themselves, all is not right, no matter how much managers try to use the ‘it shows that they care’ line.
The spat started when Emmerson Boyce hit McArthur on the back of the head shortly after the second goal had been conceded, to which James McArthur then reacted. It eventually took captain Gary Caldwell to intervene and separate the two players.
Things sure don’t look good for Wigan.
