West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas arrested for breaking into block of flats
West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas has something of a reputation for being a drinker, after he was banned for international football for two years by Romania after going on a late night drinking session when on international duty.
It is fair to say that he may have played his last game for his country, after he again got into a fair amount of alcohol-fuelled trouble when called up by his country.
The defender was caught on CCTV attempting (and eventually managing) to break into a block of flats in the early hours of the morning, at which point he was arrested by police and forced to spend the rest of the night in cells pending charges.
We all like a drink, Gabriel, but you’ve got to be sensible.
