Arsenal honorary vice-president Nina Bracewell-Smith regrets selling to Stan Kroenke

Arsenal’s honorary vice-president Nina Bracewell-Smith has revealed that she regrets selling her stake in the club to Stan Kroenke.

Lady Bracewell-Smith sold her 15.9% state to the American businessman in April 2011 – but she’s now wishing she hadn’t.

In Twitter comments that were later deleted, she wrote: “Bring Davie Dein [back] and give [Alisher] Usmanov representation on the board if we are to have success going forward.”

Adding: “And how deeply I regret selling to Kroenke.”

Bracewell-Smith’s shares allowed Kroenke to become the Gunners’ majority shareholder.

Earlier this summer she had criticised the club’s transfer targets and has generally been a fierce critic of the current board.

here we go again still looking to buy players on the cheap a colombia that couldn’t get a work permit. ivan gazidis has no ideal about football how do you expect him to put a deal thought stan kroenke does not care about Arsenal just look round at all the other clubs and you see all the owner’s watching all there home games as for nina bracewell-smith she took the money and run, and nothing is going to change and till stan kronke go’s

Funny thing is I bought a kit the day of the match, and that is the only bloody reason that Stan Kroenke has a penny invested in arsenal. The man couldn’t care less about the state of the team.
