Jose Mourinho praised the efforts of Samuel Eto’o and Eden Hazard following Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat at Everton.
The Blues manager bemoaned his side’s failure to take their chances, but was pleased to see new signing Eto’o involvement in key areas.
He said: “Samuel was a killer all his career and the situations where he was involved in the game makes me happy, it looks for me good understanding with the team.
“I think Hazard is playing very, very well, very well. The kid is, in my opinion, having a very good evolution.
“The kid is showing maturity and ambition and I am very happy with this evolution. So no problem.”
