Diego Maradona has set his sights on becoming the next coach of his former club Napoli – just as soon as Rafa Benitez shifts.
The ex-Argentina manager believes people are reluctant to employ him because they are scared of him.
But he fancies his chances of being given a fair crack of the whip on his old Serie A stomping ground.
He said: “When Benitez leaves, I would like to coach Napoli.
“There are coaching changes all over the place, from Spain to Italy to England to Russia, but some people are afraid of me. That’s why I’m not coaching.”
