Ex-Chelsea defender Jose Bosingwa’s zingers for QPR boss Harry Redknapp

Jose Bosingwa has hit back at his former QPR manager Harry Redknapp, saying “the wine he drinks every morning” means he doesn’t know what he’s saying.

The ex-Chelsea right-back is one of those who comes in for criticism in Redknapp’s autobiography.

‘Arry described his refusal to be a substitute for QPR last season as “disgraceful”.

But the Portuguese defender has returned fire.

He said: “I never forced anyone to give me that salary at QPR.

“How can Redknapp do technical analysis on players if he spends his time negotiating with agents?

“He thinks he is like Ferguson, but there is a difference: in his long career, he has only won one title.

“He doesn’t seem to know what he says. It’s confusing. It must be his age or the wine he drinks every morning.”

No Jose, you didn’t force anyone to pay you that salary.
But then, you didn’t play well enough to justify that salary.
You say Redknapp thinks he’s like Ferguson, but then you think you’re too good to sit on the bench.
We signed Loic Remy and put him on extremely high wages, but he worked his socks off for us.
Good riddance to you, Mr. Bosingwa.
