Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen says he doesn’t want to talk about his future at the club.
The Gunners skipper has been linked with a move away in January to secure regular action in the build-up to next summer’s World Cup.
Recent news reports suggested that the Belgian centre-back had said he was determined to stay at the Emirates, but he has now made it clear that he is not willing to commit either way.
He said: “I don’t want to speak about this situation because if I say something people make it worse. So I don’t want to talk about it.”
