AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli says he misses Manchester City fans, but doesn’t miss English food, weather or driving.

It’s just over 12 months since the Italy international quit the Etihad to move to the San Siro. The 23-year-old says he has happy memories of his time in Manchester.

He also joked about his bad boy reputation – built during his time at City by antics such as throwing darts at youth team players and organising indoor fireworks display – and claimed that he would like to become even more of a bad boy.

He told Four Four Two: “Me, a bad boy? I would like to be more bad.

“I miss England’s fans, while I do not miss the food, or the weather, or the manner of driving a car.

“But fans of City, yes I miss them. But the AC Milan fans are fantastic too. Most of my memories about Manchester are happy because I enjoyed it there.”

Balotelli has been linked with a move to Arsenal this summer.
