This is Barcelona right-back Dani Alves’ near ankle-breaker on Toni Moral of Racing last weekend. Alves did get the ball first but he followed dangerously through onto Moral’s ankle. As well as ending Moral’s game, the incident coincided with Leo Messi preparing to join the action [...]

Avatar of the day for Barca fans everywhere
This is classy. Barcelona’s marauding wing-back Dani Alves is not even looking in the right direction when he played this superb assist against Basel in the Champions League last night. Imagine how good the ball would have been if he had looked!
