Wayne Bridge decided against shaking the hand of John Terry as Manchester City faced Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this lunchtime. Captain Shay Given led the Citeh players along the line of Chelsea’s players and Bridge, the penultimate Citeh player, did not take-up John Terry’s offer of a handshake.
