Stirling Albion sign homeless player
Scottish League Two side Stirling Albion have signed a member of the Scotland Homeless World Cup on a one-year deal.
The club snapped up full-back Sean Lawrence (pictured, bottom left) after he impressed in a trial on 4 June.
He was one of more than 30 trialists who attended the “So You Think You’re Good Enough?” initiative, which saw hopefuls pay £200 to have manager Jocky Scott cast his eye over them.
Lawrence was one of four members of Scotland’s Homeless World Cup team-mates who were invited to try-out for free.
