Bombastic YouTube videos work!
Lincoln City have signed striker Bradley Barraclough on a one-year deal after being impressed by his YouTube highlights reel.
The 22-year-old was invited for a trial on the basis of his video and has now signed a one-year deal at the club after backing up his online presence with a good showing in pre-season.
Barraclough is a local lad having spent his childhood in Lincolnshire and played for the county at junior level.
He won a scholarship at Bellarmine University in the USA, and the YouTube video – seemingly posted online by his dad -showed his best moments for the Bellarmine University Knights.
Imps manager Steve Tilson told BBC Lincolnshire: “He’s really keen, he works his socks off and I think he’ll be a good addition to the squad.”
