Bulgarian player transfer listed for crying after denying rivals Levski Sofia the title
When Levski Sofia lost the title at the weekend after only drawing against Slavia Sofia, their fans were understandably distraught after the dropped points allowed Ludogorets Razgrad to sneak in and claim the league.
However, one man may be more annoyed than even them, and that man is Dimo Atanasov, a midfielder for Slavia Sofia. Atanasov, an admitted fan of Levski, was so distraught that his own side had stopped his beloved Levski from winning the league that he apparently burst into tears in the changing room after the game.
That’s quite an emotionally aggressive and ill-advised move, and it landed the midfielder in hot water. After the game, the president of Slavia publicly stated that Atanasov would not be still at the club nect season for his show of treachery.
We suggest that he tries to get a move to Lecski, if he doesn’t want a repeat of this type of incident. Either that or man up a touch.
