Spurs old boy Gareth Bale rents Kaka’s house in Madrid
Gareth Bale is going for the authentic galactico experience at Real Madrid by renting the house of Brazil star Kaka.
With Kaka returning to Italy for a season-long loan with AC Milan, the former Tottenham man is set to move into his pad.
The Welshman will live in the €7.2 million mansion for his first season in Spain at least.
The club mediated a deal to ensure that nobody was getting ripped off, with Bale paying landlord Kaka a reported €12,000-a-month in rent.
The property is in the exclusive La Finca area of Pozuelo de Alarcón, where Cristiano Ronaldo, Iker Casillas, Karim Benzema and Sergio Ramos will be among Bale’s new neighbours.
Bale will reside in a master suite on the upperfloor, which includes a large dressing room and bathroom, plus an office.
The ground floor boasts four en-suite bedroom, a double height living room and fireplace.
The house also has a 400sq metres basement, a six-car garage, indoor pool, gym, two utility rooms and several terraces and porches.
