Champions League clubs ready to sign Liverpool’s Jordan Rossiter
Liverpool are in danger of losing young midfielder Jordan Rossiter on the cheap at the end of the season, according to the Sunday People.
The 18-year-old is out of contract in the summer and the Reds are yet to agree a new deal with their Under-21 team prospect.
Rossiter is the subject of interest from Champions League clubs in England and abroad as the uncertainty over his future rumbles on, the reports suggests.
Foreign clubs would be able to land the starlet for next to nothing, while Premier League sides would have to pay a relatively modest compensation package.
The youngster already has a handful of first-team appearances under his belt, having made his debut in the Capital One Cup last season and making his first appearance in the Premier League against Arsenal in Augusut.
He is highly-rated on Merseyside, with Reds legend Robbie Fowler tipping him as a young Steven Gerrard.
The England Under-19 international is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury he sustained on international duty.
