Video: Pep Guardiola apologises to Man Utd boss Louis van Gaal and Man City’s Manuel Pellegrini
Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has apologised to Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal and Manchester City counterpart Manuel Pellegrini for any inconvenience caused to them by his announcement that his next job will be in the Premier League.
The former Barcelona coach said it had been his intention to offend those already in high-profile jobs in England.
Guardiola says he usually respects his colleagues and repeatedly said sorry after being quizzed on the pressure his announcement had created for the managers of the two Manchester clubs.
