The Copa Libertadores clash between Uruguay’s Penarol and Liga De Quito, of Ecuador, took an unexpected painful twist when Dario Rodriguez decided to deliver an unexpected painful twist to the Penarol of opponent Hernan Barcos.

The duo were involved in a tangle that resulted in them both tumbling to the floor. Rodriguez took the opportunity to give Barcos a quick medical as he dished out a discrete but painful squeeze to the testicles!
