There was a nasty first-half clash between Gerard Pique, Victor Valdes and Didier Drogba in the first-half of tonight’s Champions League semi-final.

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique definitely bore the brunt as he was KO’d by his keeper Victor Valdes’ hip.

Despite appearing to be out cold, Pique was back on his feet within a few minutes and was given the all-clear to continue after sticking his tongue out for the Barca physio.

But he was unsurprisingly substituted when it turned out that showing your tongue does not necessarily mean you’re not pretty groggy.
