Fulham complete loan signing of QPR’s Adel Taarabt
QPR playmaker Adel Taarabt has joined Fulham on a season-long loan deal.
The Morocco international has played more than 150 games for the R’s since 2009, but has had a chequered record since the club won promotion to the Premier League.
With Harry Redknapp’s side now back in the Championship, Taarabt has been allowed to continue to bring his occasional flashes of brilliance to the top-flight.
A statement on Fulham’s official website read: “Fulham Football Club is delighted to announce the season-long loan signing of Morocco international Adel Taarabt from Queens Park Rangers.
“The 24-year-old midfielder arrives in SW6 to be reunited with Manager Martin Jol, as they worked together at Tottenham Hotspur before Taarabt made the move to West London.”
