The Germany international and his brolly took a walk in Hyde Park yesterday to visit the Winter Wonderland – but it was a cheeky hashtag that was most telling as Poldi joked that he was taking a “#BreakFromTheBench”.
He is clearly unhappy at his lack of playing time for the Gunners at present and was a substitute again during Saturday’s 1-2 home defeat to Manchester United.

Manager Arsene Wenger has recently said that Podolski will not be sold, but it looks like the former Bayern Munich and Cologne man is going to wage an increasingly unsubtle campaign to force a move away from the Emirates in the January transfer window.
