Jack Rodwell might have seemed to have been overcome by emotion that compelled him to remove his shirt after finding the net against Manchester United, but the Everton youngster is actually rather fond of showing off his biceps.

So much so, in fact, that when he first emerged onto the Everton first-team scene as a 16-year-old his profile photo on social networking site Bebo was of him posing in manner not dissimilar to his goal celebration on Saturday.

Practice makes perfect, eh?
