Adidas Jabulani goes pink for breast cancer awareness

MLS does its bit for charidee

Goldenballs will be playing with pink balls next month. That’s right the beleaguered Adidas Jabulani World Cup ball is doing its best to enhance its reputation with a bit of charity work.

All MLS teams will use the special pink Jabulani to promote breast cancer awareness in October, although we don’t have confirmation yet on whether this will be on a particular day or for the whole month.

The whole league will be going pink with “field boards” and “sideline towels”, according to MLS.
