England star Wayne Rooney turned a thousand jokes into reality by getting sent-off in last night’s Euro 2012 qualifier against Montenegro.

Following his dad’s arrest over an alleged betting scam that centred on a player deliberately deliberately getting sent-off.

Of all the matches not to lose your head and get a red card, yesterday was the one not to. Not without tipping off your dad at least.
