If you’ve ever wondered whether the adverts behind managers during post-match interviews actually work, here’s proof that they at least attract the attention of FC Twente manager Steve McClaren.

The bewildered former England boss seemed determined to look anywhere but at the camera as a reporter attempted to discuss his side’s match against Groningen.
