Mark Lawrenson's casual racism during Germany v Portugal

Along with all decent people, UEFA were worried about racism during Euro 2012, and these fears were exacerbated when Dutch players were subjected to monkey chants during a pre-tournament public training session. Thankfully, however, instances have been isolated at worst, and the group stage has thus far passed by without too many alarming scenes.

But Mark Lawrenson threatened to cause his own controversy during the Germany v Portugal match when the crowd focussed in on a supporter dressed head to toe in a black lycra suit.
