Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta and his birthday cake doppelganger

Manchester City right-back Pablo Zabaleta has been treated to a birthday cake that’s very much made in his own image.

The Argentina international turned 28 yesterday – yes, we thought he was about 33, too – and celebrated by tucking into himself.

He tweeted a photo of his birthday cake with the message: “Muy graciosa, gracias amor!! Very funny, thanks to my girlfriend!!”
