Manchester United fans use Real Madrid match to promote Class A drugs

Following the final whistle in tonight’s Champions League match between Real Madrid and Manchester United, the TV cameras showed this banner.

It reads: “MANCHESTER – MUFC – MDMA – BOTH MAGIC.”

Presumably a reference to the city’s ecstasy culture of the early 1990s or perhaps the owner of the banner’s personal love of both the drug and United. Either way, it seems like a bit of a strange message for a banner (and a guaranteed way to get yourself frisked on the way into the ground!).
