Birmingham 'steal' Aston Villa's honours in club diary

Birmingham City have claimed all the trophies ever won by Aston Villa as their own in an official club diary.

The diary has now been recalled after the cock-up was spotted.

The Birmingham City FC Club Records page of the diary claimed the Blues won the European Cup in 1982 and also took credit for Villa’s First Division triumphs.

Alas, Birmingham have done themselves out of the 2011 League Cup in the process.
