Video: Ex-Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong's red card on his Barnsley debut

Former Arsenal youngster Emmanuel Frimpong hasn’t exactly endeared himself to the people of Barnsley since his deadline day switch to the Championship side.

First he took to Twitter to bemoan the potential impact of the move on his ability to attract women, then he got sent off within 30 minutes of his debut.

The 22-year-old Ghana international picked up a second yellow card for this scissor tackle on Sheffield Wednesday’s Chris Maguire on 28 minutes.

His first yellow card had come just five minutes earlier.
