Liverpool linked with Benfica's former Bolton loanee Rodrigo

Liverpool are weighing up a £25m bid for former Bolton loan signing Rodrigo, according to reports.

The Reds are ready to splash the cash to bring the Benfica to forward to Anfield, according to the Daily Mirror.

The 23-year-old has found another gear this season and already has 10 goals this season.

He was on the scoresheet in the Portuguese outfit’s 3-1 win at Tottenham in last week’s Europa League clash.

Reports suggest that Brendan Rodgers is keeping tabs on the Brazilian-born former Celta Vigo and Real Madrid youngster.

Rodrigo spent the 2010/11 season on loan at Bolton Wanderers. He scored a single goal in 21 games for Owen Coyle’s side.
