Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood has dismissed speculation linking him with a move to Liverpool.
The 30-year-old has been touted as an option as Brendan Rodgers seeks to strengthen in that department.
Westwood would challenge his former Sunderland team-mate Simon Mignolet for a first-team spot. The Belgian has been dropped after recent performances but is now back in the side after backup Brad Jones suffered an injury.
But Westwood said he is happy at Hillsborough.
He told The Star: “I can’t comment on speculation.
“At the end of the day, people are always going to speculate.
“If it’s not me, it’s somebody else.
“I’m really happy to be here. I’m enjoying my football and Sheffield Wednesday is a fantastic club to play for.”
