Steven Gerrard says he is looking forward to pulling on a Liverpool shirt again – but only as part of a legends match that will see him play alongside his former teammate Jamie Carragher, as well as the likes of Ian Rush.
The game will be played in Sydney, Australia, on January 7 with Gerrard clearly looking forward to it.
The club’s iconic midfielder is currently back on Merseyside during the MLS off-season with him not due back out in LA until later in January.
